Hastings® 20 GA. BARREL SELECTION GUIDE

Remington® 870™ LW™. Barrels have 3" chamber, fit any 870LW 20 ga. receiver (will not fit M-870 standard weight 20 ga. guns). All Remington® M-870™ Standard Weight 20 Gauge. "Wingmaster " were introduced in 1950 and discontinued in favor of the Light-Weight (LW) model in 1972. The M-870 Standard Weight receivers are identified as full size frames with 2 3/4" chambered guns having serial numbers ending in the suffix "X" (#0000000X) and 3" chambered guns having serial numbers ending in the suffix "N" (#0000000N). Remington® 1100 LT-20. Barrels have 2 3/4" chamber for use on Magnum and 2 3/4" receivers with 2 3/4" slug ammunition. M-1100 LT-20, 20 ga. lightweight barrels will not fit pre-1977 M-1100 LW 20 ga. lightweight or M-1100 standard weight 20 ga. shotguns.
